“I thank you”

“I need you”

If you were often rejected or ignored since you were a little

You can end up seeking the love and attention you were denied from your romantic partner instead.

If maybe your partner is slightly indifferent toward you, than the wound from the past can be ripped open again

It cause a big fight. A chaos. A cold heart.

You need to know that the real situation happen is not because of your partner.

Its the wound you are carrying within you.

Put that down, sist.

Rather than projecting this wound to your partner and make them overwhelm, set aside your pride and speak from the heart to him:

“I am terrified. I am scared of losing you. Cause probably when you hear this you will reject me and leave me.”

If we combine painful memories, the need for attention or affection, and pride, the relationship can easily ruined.

Like a family, you think:

Since I’ve been together for so long, they should be able to read my mind.

And you think the same way to your partner.

Since we’ve been together for so long, we should be able to read each other’s minds,

then I promise you that : There will be so many things that you will fail to understand about each other.

Just because you’ve been together for so long, keep saying it

“I love you, babe.”

“I thank you! I am grateful to have you.”

“I’m sorry I know I hurt you. I’m sorry I disappoint you.”

“I need you. Please, stay with me.”

“I miss you, please hug me.”

Those things, keep saying it.
